Step 1: Complete a Background Check

As part of our commitment to child safety, all team members are required to undergo a background check. This step helps ensure a secure environment for our children. Step 2: Read Through Policies & Procedures

To familiarize yourself with our guidelines and best practices, you'll need to read through the Children's Ministry policies and procedures. These documents outline important protocols for maintaining a safe and nurturing environment.

Step 3: Watch This Sexual Abuse Training Video

The safety of our children is of paramount importance. Therefore, we require all volunteers to watch a sexual abuse prevention training video. This video provides valuable information on recognizing and preventing child abuse.

Step 4: Child Protection Policy Exam

After watching the training video, team members are asked to complete a short test to ensure that they have absorbed the key information from the training. This step helps reinforce our commitment to child safety.
